This is the very first step in making a website whereas CSS is used to create beautiful designs in your existing websites and javascript is used to provide logic in your already working website. Also people with complete knowledge of these three languages can create beautiful websites and be a full stack developer with good amount of salary packages in India . Currently I have learnt html and css and learning php and javascript along with c language thus on my way to become a full stack website developer as well as a good programmer or coder.
